We are searching for a dedicated keyboard player to join our doom metal band, based in Bradford. Our music is deeply rooted in creating bleak and sorrowful atmospheres, drawing influence from doom, black, and death metal to produce something powerful and evocative.
Our inspirations include bands like Katatonia, Anathema, My Dying Bride, Saturnus,Shape of Despair and Draconian. We rehearse regularly at The Voltage in Bradford, and the current lineup includes experienced musicians who have played in well-known bands within the scene. With plenty of material already prepared, we are ready to move toward releasing a full album.
We have an exciting schedule ahead, including our first live show on January 25, 2025, and additional performances already being planned for the year. Joining now is a great opportunity to get involved at a pivotal moment, with the chance to be part of an exciting band announcement well be making soon.
Our members hail from Bradford, Wakefield, and Ackworth. If transport is a concern, we are open to helping arrange something as long as its along the way. While wed prefer someone local to Yorkshire, were also open to candidates from further afield. If you live too far to attend regular rehearsals, thats fine as long as you can commit to live performances and a few key practices before each gig.
In joining us, youll have creative freedom to contribute to songwriting and help shape the bands evolving sound. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where youll work with experienced, like-minded musicians to bring this vision to life.
We are looking for a keyboard player who can elevate our dark and immersive soundscapes, someone with a passion for the doom metal genre and related influences. Even if you feel this might be beyond your current skills, dont hesitate to reach out. We know how hard it can be to find keyboardists locally and are willing to help the right person grow and develop their abilities.
