Guitarist/Bassist (32) Seeking Band or Online Collaboration West London

Hey all,

I'm a 32-year-old guitarist and bassist based in West London, looking to connect with like-minded musicians for songwriting, recording, and potentially building a serious project or band. I played in a few band around London doing the usual venues and promoters but got a little burnt out so just testing the waters

I've been playing guitar and bass for well over 10 years and can also contribute synths/keys when needed. Ideally, I'd love to find a singer-songwriter who enjoys collaborating on original material, whether that's writing complete songs together or developing ideas from demos and rough recordings. If you write lyrics, even better, although I'm happy to contribute on that side too.

I'm primarily interested in collaborating remotely and writing original music together, but I'm also open to joining an established band as a bassist if the right opportunity comes along, particularly in the West London area.

Musically, I'm pretty open-minded. My tastes range from indie and alternative rock through to heavier and progressive influences. Bands that have inspired me over the years include Interpol and Foals (particularly their What Went Down era), alongside various alternative, post-punk, and prog-oriented artists. Ultimately, I'm more interested in writing great songs than sticking rigidly to one genre.

I'm mainly looking for people in and around West London for the possibility of rehearsing and gigging down the line, but I'm also completely happy to collaborate remotely and exchange tracks online.
