Calling all 40 somethings who are looking for an excuse to dig out their baggy jeans, Reni-style beanie hats, Carter USM/James/The Smiths t-shirts and don their old trusty pair of Doc Martins.
The kids are now growing up, years of attritional bickering with the wife is finally starting to wear you down, your middle management position salary pays the mortgage off quite nicely and you still have that instrument upstairs in the loft that hasn't seen light since those halcyon days of `95 when the world was your oyster and you was E'd out of your nut every weekend.
You and your mates had dreams of being the next big thing and you have convinced yourself you almost made it (but realistically none of us really did). Your 40th birthday is firmly behind you and the big 50 seems worryingly close. And whilst your long hair and angst ridden song writing abilites are long gone, your enthusiasm for taking another crack at it hasn't been totally beaten out of you.
Why not join me on this lonesome journey through our mid-life crisis to try and recapture those long gone hedonistic moments and leave your woes, sadness, shattered dreams, self-loathing and general malaise behind you for a few hours each week.
I hesitate to use the word “Britpop” as I feel most of the following predates that movement, although I still want to include some of it! So, if the thought of playing the following excites you like it excites me, then drop me a line.

Looking for the whole kit and caboodle, drums, vocals, guitars, keyboards.
Rehearsal location to be decided, but could be Kent one week, Essex the next.
