Looking for young female + male singers/rappers for a group! ()

Hello,
I'm a female singer-songwriter and rapper, with a strong deep voice,
I'm looking to form a new group of female and male singers, maybe 2 males and 2 females- maximum age 21,
As there is no mutli-sex current R&B/pop groups in the charts therefore there is a gap in the industry for this!
You don't need any experience, if you've got talent you've got talent! The group can grow and develop together.
Basically, all 4 of us will put in the same amount of effort and committment to write, record and perform our own material and make it to the top,
So, if you have a fun positive personality, with ability to sing or rap, (you don't have to have amazing vocals but to be able to hold a note) then please get in touch,
You have to start from the bottom to get to the top!
