Looking for bassists, guitarists and Drummer!! MUST BE BASED IN LONDON

Radio 1 playlisted and record label interest
between the ages of 20 - 27
own equipment, sing, care about appearance and wants to join my band.
Rehearsals once a week
Looking for permanent band members.
The aim is if you give me some time and stick and we'll have a bundle of fun doing gigs, festivals and support slots with me then when I get a deal I'll pay you as musicians. The main things is that everyones on the same page and it feels right.
