Hey,
You live near to Leeds, love music and would love to join a band?? You are just at the right place!
I am a 25 year-old drummer, have finished 3 music schools, one of them is ACM, The Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, where I have performed a few times.
I am interested in a wide range of music styles: ROCK, ROCK AND ROLL, JAZZ, JAZZ-ROCK, FUNKY, BLUES, COUNTRY, LATIN..... I am fond of The Beatles and I also love Elvis Presley, Bill Haley (Rock Around The Clock), Frank Sinatra (Swinging on a Star, Fly me to the Moon), The Kinks (You really got me), Rod Stuart (Have you ever seen the rain, Sailing), Roxette (How do you do), Hansel Martinez (Americana Americana), Ray Charles (Hit the road Jack), The Beach Boys (Surfing USA), Led Zeppelin, AC/DC....and plenty of other amazing artists....
I have already travelled around Leeds to find good music studios, so I do know some good place where we are going to practice all the nice songs that we will amuse the audience with.
I am a very confident and enthusiastic musician, have started to play the drums at the age of 16 and can never stop. I also tried to play other instruments as well, such as piano, guitar, bas guitar, accordion, flute, harmonica, and in the future I intend upon learning to play most of them.
I do not have any specific requirements, anyone can reply who loves good music and stage performance. I am about to form a music band with other persistent musicians who really enjoy playing on the stage and willing to attend the rehearsals.
