Are you a nice band to be in ?
-Yes, we're lovely.
Will I earn loads of money in your band ?
-Well, you'll cover your costs, have a couple of pints and a kebab and still go home with
a few bob in your pocket.
Will I have a laugh in your band ?
-Yes, it's the funniest band any of us have ever been in.
I've played in my bedroom for 30 years and I've always fancied being in a band but I always bottle it at the
last minute and back out of the auditions, should I still apply ?
-Please god, no.
Will being in your band make me irresistible to women ?
-Yes, undoubtedly, but this is a double edged sword, be careful what you wish for.
I don't drink and I love to drive, I have my own transit van with 6 seats and I have two sets
of younger twin sisters but I don't play guitar that well, am I in with a shout ?
-Your perfect, the guitaring bit isn't that important really.
After a successful soundcheck I like to turn my 1000 watt marshall stack up to 11 for the sets, is this ok ?
-You'll find it beneficial to lightly coat your stack in a branded/quality anal lube, that way it won't hurt
so much when it get's shoved up yo...........
Are you really country and western ?
-No, read the setlist and look at the videos.
You seem the be the perfect band for any guitarist. How much do I have to pay you each week to be in it ?
-Nothing, in fact we'll pay you.
I'm 87 but I play guitar really well, am I too old ?
-If you have your own guitar and your own pulse we'd love to hear from you.
I'm an ace guitarist but I don't own a cowboy hat ?
-A selection of hats are available to the right candidate free of charge.
