80's /90's cover ,tributy ,function thing . (alfreton)

I'm going to keep trying to get this together as its a rather under exploited area .thinking duran duran ,simple minds ,u2 anything fun from that era .disco ,pop ,new romantic ,dancy . tho preferably not the rock thing tho i don,t mind the odd one .i personally can't face another gig /audition playing sex on fire ,summer of 69 and all the other pub standards .I'm sure it would be very popular and lucrative done right . i'm a drummer who started playing in that era so kinda comes naturally to play that stuff as i grew up practicing to it .so looking for the right folk to put something together guitar , synth ,bass ,vocals tho i might be able to persuade a vocalist . i think done right there,s plenty of gigs /functions there. obviously a lot of work ,but done right lots of fun and i imagine very lucrative for the right folk
